Toilet independent

Just wanted to put this into the record that my little rascal at 2 years and 6 months old is finally independent to go to the toilet on her own supported by a stool. Of course this is only for the small business and not the big business :-).

She will stand on the stool to gain enough height to sit herself on the adult toilet (without a child toilet seat cover) and then balances herself holding the sides of the toilet while she completes her business. Once done she will climb down on her own, grab some toilet paper and wipe herself clean. Then she complete it with a 'flash'! Yes, that's how she pronounce 'flush' despite us teaching her over and over.

We are so proud of her :-)

Wow... that's really something to shout about! Potty trained is part of all mommy's dream, specially implementing the whole 'business' process independently, great job Hayley!

I'm not sure why, but to date, Juan Juan still feels disgusting to do business in the toilet bowl(unless it's a squat bowl), she even refused to touch the lever(although sometimes she would give in)... (scratch head)and she still using potty most of the time, I think I have to keep her potty for now already!;)

Have a wonderful day ahead!

Thanks Leona :-)

Hey Alice you're back. The kids all ok now?

As for toilet training, we always tell her the toilet is for adults and big girls and the potty is for babies. So she will most of the time prefer the toilet than the potty although occasionally she will still ask for the potty (ie when she wants to watch Tv :-)). Whenever she uses the toilet, she will ask us not to come in as she said she wants to emr emr and its smelly... hehehe
