Since Hayley is quite an animal lover (sometimes), we thought it would be nice to expose her to a real horse as opposed to seeing horses on TV or in books. The carnival was better than what I expected but I would not suggest bringing babies there as it was quite hot and crowded and nothing much for babies to do there other than looking at horses. And because of the crowd, we had to queue for about 20 mins for the poney ride (RM3 per ride) and also queue for about 10 - 15 mins for the shuttle bus to take us to and from the carnival back to the public parking area (another reason why you should not bring babies and strollers).
The various types on horses and ponies on display
Hayley taking her poney ride. Before the ride (while waiting), she kept telling me she was scared of the horses and said the horses farted at her but the moment we put her on the horse, she was all smiles.
Carriage ride (we didn't queue for this one)
She pat the horse to say 'thank you' after the ride.

Hayley is such an adventurous girl, I'm sure Juan Juan would terrify if I ask her to take a horse back ride!
